Congratulations to physical education teacher, Ulrike Kerstges, for being awarded the Golden Apple Award for Excellence in teaching for 2013. This award has been given since 1996 with 7 New Mexico teachers being honored this year. These educators have been recognized for their quality of teaching along with their commitment to their professional growth. Tierra Antigua currently shares Dr. Kerstges part-time with Ventana Ranch Elementary. Tierra Antigua congratulates Dr. Kerstges for her hard work, commitment to quality education and this well-deserved honor to her teaching!

Tierra Antigua is located at 8121 Rainbow Blvd. NW.  We are due west of Tony Hillerman Middle School and the APS Soccer Complex. From Rainbow Blvd, turn west on the service road just south of the middle school property line fence and follow that road to the top of the hill.  Our office hours are 8:15 am - 4:15 pm Monday-Friday.
